I am so excited about this upcoming trip.
and the project I want to invite you to participate in!
I am off to Thailand this spring!
Yes you heard right–Thailand.
This is a trip that has been years in the making. We will be working alongside people in the city and in the village as the Lord prompts and encouraging those who serve through Project Justice International to stop human trafficking and heal those rescued from it.

I’ll be traveling with the amazing artist Grace Bailey
into a beautiful land with rich history.
Her son, who recently passed away, was a major benefactor to Project Justice International and in his honor, with the Lord’s prompting, she is continuing his work and has invited me along.

There may only be two of us putting feet on the ground, but we need a team to make this venture successful into eternity.

Artist Grace Bailey
My contemporary realist paintings explore the intersection of the seen with the unseen world. I partner with the "other" to produce glimpses of the supernatural and how it affects us.
Grace has a Master’s degree in oil portraiture and drawing, has painted live in front of thousands, written books, and taught workshops online and around the world, winning hearts and awards along the way! Her passion and talents are inspiring.
Project Justice International
We exist to make the world a safer and brighter place by fighting against child exploitation. We exist to give children back their futures, their rights to a life of safety and freedom.
They rescue children from human trafficking while fighting to prevent the conditions that make them vulnerable and seeking justice for those exploiting them. They use holistic strategies to restore these children and help them rewrite their futures with hope.
Art Therapist
Jen Alward
I help people learn to see the beauty around, and within, themselves and to experience the hope and healing transformation that is possible when they engage in the creative process.
Jen has a Master’s degree in Art and Marriage and Family Therapy, dual licensure in the state of Wisconsin, and national board accreditation with the American Association of Art Therapists. She has traveled around the world creating art with wounded souls and teaching counselors and ministry leaders how to harness the healing power of art for those they serve.

This adventure’s success depends on the prayers of many. Please pray that Grace and I, and those we’re working alongside, will clearly hear and follow the Holy Spirit’s promptings. And that the Lord will go before us preparing hearts and souls for what He is wanting to do in their lives.

Be part of making a very special gift for those being set free the human trafficking -- a book of Illustrated Scripture!
We’re gathering images of art inspired by God’s word to bind into a book for each person we work with. Each verse will be translated into their heart languages, Laos & Thai, as well as written in English, since they are learning that as well.

Another way you can be a blessing would be to help us gather supplies for the art kits we will be giving each child and the English language games they want to play.
We will be purchasing most art supplies in Thailand as they are less expensive and we want them to be able to replenish supplies when they run out, so getting what they have near them is important.
One thing they do not have easy access to, and are specifically requesting, is English games to help them learn the language. This is a big part of opening doors of opportunities for their future.
